Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Orders received before 4 pm will be processed and shipped out on the same working day. Orders received after 4 pm will be processed and shipped out on the next working day. Damaged items with complete packaging are to be returned to our office during official working hours. Customers who changed their minds must return their items in original packaging to our office during official working hours. All returns and refunds must be done within 7 days from purchase date with proof of purchase. For overseas customers, kindly email to sales@play-n-learn.com, stating the reason for return or refund, within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Local Orders

Play N Learn offers 3 local delivery options: Normal Mail, Ninja Van Courier Service or Self Collection. If you would like to save on delivery charges, self collection is available at 3012 Bedok Industrial Park E #04-2042 Singapore 489978. You may collect your items from Monday to Friday, between 10am to 5pm. Be sure to contact our team at 6242 4265 prior to heading down to our office. Our friendly team members will be there to assist you.
